The SmokIn Flamez Grill & Catering is a veteran owned family operated small business that focuses on making you smile. We accomplish this through providing our customers with the oldest form of networking, cooking and the breaking of bread. Our objective is simple, provide the customer with good, time proven recipes from Southern comfort foods, Cajun/Creole recipes, and a fusion of Asian and southern cooking techniques and recipes that will make, smile, hum, sing to yourself, and just be happy about food that tantalizes your taste buds. We welcome the opportunity to prove that we are worthy of your time and money. The present our program and the methodology in which we work:

  • We as a company will go live effective, January 1, 2018.
  • We will not prepare anything without sitting down with the customer during the free initial consultation to verify your requirements for your event.
  • All meetings after the initial will be added to your total bill and presented in the contract for signature and deposit.
  • No action for food purchase or preparation will take place until after we have validated your requirements, determined the estimated cost for the event, and provided you with a written copy for signature.
  • Final headcount is due 7 days prior to the event.
  • Final Payment must be made by credit card, cashier’s check, cash or money order.
  • Cost for event will include the purchase of food items, set-up and/or delivery cost, and the preparation cost for the caterer.
  • Events can be arranged for buffet setup & delivery or pick up by the customer for parties and special events.
  • We also offer to come into your home and prepare special intimate meal for small gatherings and parties not to exceed 10 persons.
  • 25 – 50 person catering is the best scenario.
  • Catering events will be charged on a $15 to $25/head basis depending upon the items selected from the menu. Specialty items, such as seafood and specialty meats will incur additional cost based upon market value at that time.
  • Delivery cost are limited to a 25-30 mile radius of Charles County and Waldorf, MD.
  • Orders for desserts and specialty items for parties and sporting events can be made online utilizing the online menus and telephone numbers provided.
