Sammie L. Davis Jr. is chef and CEO of SmokIn Flamez. Davis established his mobile family-focused catering service as part of a lifelong love for his mom’s and grandma’s Deep South cooking style. Davis holds a 37-year background in cooking and military logistics. Therefore, he runs a tight catering ship with professionalism, customer satisfaction and rich, enhanced flavors at the helm of every customized meal he creates.

A constant learner and educator of Southern cuisine, Davis has dedicated his culinary career to reinventing signature country, Cajun, Caribbean, Jamaican, and Creole dishes into innovative healthy options for various palates to savor.
